Sign & onboard

Activated affiliates receive a signed agreement, brand assets, the Prospect Registration form, and the Resource Library.

Register Prospects

Before you reach out to a Prospect about serveyou.ai, register them. Approval starts your 90-day exclusivity window.

Demo & earn

You schedule the demo between us and the Prospect. If they become a paying Customer, you earn 50% of Net MRR for 12 months.

Commission structure

Half of Net MRR, every month, for a year.

Affiliates earn 50% of Net MRR for each Qualified Customer, paid monthly for the first 12 months of the customer’s paid subscription.

Net MRR = MRR collected from the customer in a given month, minus a $90 platform cost deduction. If collected MRR for a month is below $90, the commission for that month is $0 and is not carried forward.

Payments are made by ACH within 30 days after the end of each calendar month. Chargebacks and refunds are netted against current and future commissions. Full terms and definitions are in the Affiliate Program Agreement.

Who can join

The program is for independent businesses.

The serveyou.ai Affiliate Program is for independent businesses introducing companies to serveyou.ai. Affiliates are not employees, agents, or representatives — you operate independently and may engage with other clients, including competing programs.

A duly formed and validly existing LLC, corporation, partnership, or registered sole proprietorship with its own EIN
A business license or tax registration where required by your jurisdiction
A separate business location distinct from any office of serveyou.ai (a home office is fine)
A complete IRS Form W-9 in the entity’s name at activation
Authorized signatory who is at least 18 years of age
No conflicting employer policy, NDA, or third-party duty that would restrict participation

4. Eligibility confirmations

The applicant entity is duly formed and in good standing in its state of formation.

The applicant holds any business license or tax registration required by its jurisdiction (or none is required).

The applicant maintains a separate business location distinct from any office of serveyou.ai LLC.

The applicant operates as an independent business and is free to engage with other clients, including those that may compete with serveyou.ai.

The applicant uses its own equipment, workspace, and tools, and bears its own business expenses.

The authorized signatory is at least 18 years of age.

Participation does not violate any agreement, employer policy, or other duty owed to a third party.

The Affiliate Program Agreement is available at serveyou.ai/affiliate-agreement. Approved Affiliates will receive a copy via DocuSign for electronic signature.

Answers before you apply.

How is attribution handled?

On activation we issue you a unique affiliate number. Before you contact a Prospect about serveyou.ai, you submit a Prospect Registration with your number — that's what ties the Prospect to you. If approved, you have a 90-day exclusivity window as the attributed referral source.

What’s my role on the demo?

You introduce the Prospect and may attend the demo. We run the demo, scoping, and sales process. After the demo, all sales communications happen between us and the Prospect.

Can I keep my day job?

Yes. Affiliates are independent businesses. You can engage with other clients (including competing programs) and have no quotas, minimums, or required calls. Just confirm your participation does not violate any duty you owe to a third party.

When do commissions stop?

Each Qualified Customer has a 12-month Subscription Term measured from their first paid billing cycle. You earn 50% of Net MRR for those 12 months, then commissions stop for that customer.

What about FTC disclosure?

Whenever you promote serveyou.ai publicly, you must disclose your material connection to us — i.e., that you may earn a commission. We provide ready-made disclosure templates for posts, emails, articles, and conversations.

Can I use the serveyou.ai logo?

Yes, on your business cards, email signature, and public profiles, in unaltered form per the Brand Guidelines. The only approved title is "Authorized Affiliate" — not "sales", "agent", or any title implying employment.
