Your privacy is important to us. It is serveyou.ai LLC's policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, http://serveyou.ai/, and other sites we own and operate.

Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and date of birth), your devices, payment details, and even information about how you use a website or online service.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of your activities after you leave our site.

Information We Collect

Information we collect falls into one of two categories: "voluntarily provided" information and "automatically collected" information.

"Voluntarily provided" information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using or participating in any of our services and promotions.

"Automatically collected" information refers to any information automatically sent by your devices in the course of accessing our products and services.

Log Data

When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details about your visit.

Additionally, if you encounter certain errors while using the site, we may automatically collect data about the error and the circumstances surrounding its occurrence. This data may include technical details about your device, what you were trying to do when the error happened, and other technical information relating to the problem. You may or may not receive notice of such errors, even in the moment they occur, that they have occurred, or what the nature of the error is.

Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.

Device Data

When you visit our website or interact with our services, we may automatically collect data about your device, such as:

Additional personal information, such as billing address and payment card details, may be collected by our payment processor (Stripe) in connection with subscription and payment transactions. Such information is processed in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy and is not directly stored by serveyou.ai LLC.

User-Generated Content and User-Created Applications

We consider "user-generated content" to be materials voluntarily supplied to us by our users for the purpose of publication, deployment, or operation on or through our platform that constitute the user's output or deliverables. This includes, without limitation, code written or generated by or on behalf of the user (whether authored manually or generated through AI-assisted tools provided by the platform), web applications, authentication portals, landing pages, published content, and other digital artifacts created as deliverables using our services. User-generated content does not include AI agent configurations, system prompts, workflow definitions, or other components of the Platform's proprietary tooling (collectively, "Platform IP"), which remain the exclusive property of serveyou.ai LLC. All user-generated content is associated with the account or email address used to submit the materials.

Please be aware that any content you submit for the purpose of publication or deployment will be public or accessible to third parties after posting or deployment (and subsequent review or vetting process, if any). Once published or deployed, it may be accessible to third parties not covered under this privacy policy.

End-User Data Collected Through User-Created Applications

Our platform enables users ("Platform Users") to build and deploy applications, AI agents, websites, authentication portals, communication workflows, and other digital products that may independently collect personal information from their own end-users ("End-User Data"). serveyou.ai LLC does not control and is not responsible for the collection, use, storage, or processing of End-User Data. Each Platform User acts as the independent data controller (or, where applicable, business) with respect to any End-User Data collected through applications or services they build, deploy, or operate using our platform.

If you are an end-user interacting with an application, website, AI agent, or service built on our platform by a Platform User, your personal information is governed by that Platform User's own privacy policy and practices — not by this Privacy Policy. You should direct any questions about the collection or use of your data to the operator of the application or service you are interacting with.

serveyou.ai LLC acts solely as a data processor (or, where applicable, service provider) with respect to End-User Data, processing such data only as necessary to provide the platform infrastructure and services to the Platform User in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement and applicable law.

AI-Processed Data

When you use our AI-powered features, including but not limited to code generation, AI agent creation, voice and SMS agents, chat agents, and content generation, we may process the following additional categories of data:

  • Prompts, instructions, and inputs you provide to AI features
  • AI-generated outputs, including code, text, configurations, and communications
  • Conversation logs between you and AI features, or between AI agents you have created and their end-users
  • Agent configuration data, workflow definitions, and automation logic
  • Performance and error data related to AI features and deployed applications

Some of this data may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers (see "Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties" and "AI Sub-processor Data Flows" below) for the purpose of generating AI outputs. You should not submit sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or other categories of sensitive data) to AI features unless you have independently assessed and accepted the associated risks and have ensured compliance with all applicable laws governing such data.

Legitimate Reasons for Processing Your Personal Information

We only collect and use your personal information when we have a legitimate reason for doing so. In which instance, we only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you.

Collection and Use of Information

We may collect personal information from you when you do any of the following on our website:

  • Register for an account
  • Sign up to receive updates from us via email or social media channels
  • Post a comment or review or otherwise participate in our online community
  • Use a mobile device or web browser to access our content
  • Contact us via email, social media, or on any similar technologies

  • to provide you with our platform's core features and services
  • to enable you to customise or personalise your experience of our website
  • to deliver products and/or services to you
  • to contact and communicate with you
  • for advertising and marketing, including to send you promotional information about our products and services and information about third parties that we consider may be of interest to you
  • to enable you to access and use our website, associated applications, and associated social media platforms
  • for internal record keeping and administrative purposes
  • for security and fraud prevention, and to ensure that our sites and apps are safe, secure, and used in line with our terms of use
  • to send you SMS messages for marketing, alerts, or notifications where you have provided express consent
  • to provide AI-powered features, including processing your inputs through third-party AI models and returning AI-generated outputs
  • to monitor, maintain, and improve the performance and reliability of AI features and deployed applications
  • to enforce our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and other agreements

We may combine voluntarily provided and automatically collected personal information with general information or research data we receive from other trusted sources. For example, our marketing and market research activities may uncover data and insights, which we may combine with information about how visitors use our site to improve our site and your experience on it.

SMS Communications and Data Handling

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us (e.g., for marketing promotions, service updates, or notifications), we collect your mobile phone number and related data to facilitate these communications. We obtain your express written consent before sending any marketing SMS messages, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws. You can provide consent through our website forms, during account registration, or via text opt-in (e.g., by texting a keyword to our short code).

We use your mobile number solely for the purposes you consented to, such as sending service alerts or account notifications. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, we may share your mobile number with service providers like Twilio (our telecommunications partner) to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

Marketing SMS: If you opt in to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages from serveyou.ai LLC, message frequency will not exceed 4 marketing messages per month unless otherwise specified at opt-in. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's plan.

Service and AI Agent Communications: If you use platform features that involve SMS-based interactions with AI agents (such as task reminders, scheduling, or conversational agent interactions), the frequency of these messages will vary based on your use of the feature and the configurations you set. These service communications are not subject to the marketing message frequency limit described above. You may disable or adjust AI agent SMS communications at any time through your account settings.

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any marketing message, and we will immediately cease sending marketing SMS communications. To opt out of all SMS communications, including AI agent service messages, reply "STOP" to any message from us or adjust your settings in your account dashboard. For help, reply "HELP" or contact us at customerservice@serveyou.ai. We store SMS-related data (e.g., opt-in records, message history) securely for as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your SMS data. To exercise these rights or revoke consent, contact us using the details below. We maintain records of all consents and opt-outs for compliance purposes.

SMS Communications Through Platform User Applications

Our platform includes built-in opt-out controls for SMS communications sent through Deployed Applications, including automatic processing of "STOP" replies and opt-out management. These controls are developed and maintained by serveyou.ai LLC and operate through our telecommunications infrastructure (powered by Twilio). However, Platform Users are solely responsible for obtaining initial consent from their End-Users in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all other applicable laws before initiating SMS communications through the Platform, whether sent manually, through automated workflows, or through AI agents. The availability of built-in opt-out controls does not relieve Platform Users of their obligation to collect and maintain records of proper consent.

Data Processing for Platform Users (Shared Responsibility)

serveyou.ai LLC operates as a platform that enables users to build, deploy, and operate applications, AI agents, and digital products. This creates a shared data processing relationship:

serveyou.ai LLC's responsibilities (as data processor / service provider):

  • Providing and maintaining secure platform infrastructure
  • Implementing commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring
  • Processing End-User Data only as instructed by the Platform User and as necessary to provide the platform services
  • Providing security tools, APIs, and features that Platform Users may use to help protect data within their applications
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable data protection laws in our capacity as a data processor

Platform User's responsibilities (as data controller / business):

  • Determining what personal information is collected through their applications and for what purposes
  • Providing legally compliant privacy notices and obtaining all required consents from their end-users
  • Ensuring their applications, AI agents, and workflows handle personal information in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, COPPA, and other applicable federal and state privacy laws
  • Reviewing, testing, and validating the security of all applications, code, AI agents, and workflows they deploy, regardless of whether such applications were authored manually or generated with the assistance of AI tools provided by the platform
  • Implementing appropriate access controls, authentication mechanisms, and data protection measures within their applications using the tools and features provided by the platform
  • Maintaining their own records of data processing activities, data subject requests, and consent records
  • Responding to data subject access requests, deletion requests, and other rights requests from their end-users
  • Conducting their own data protection impact assessments where required by applicable law
  • Notifying serveyou.ai LLC and affected individuals of any data breaches in accordance with applicable law

serveyou.ai LLC provides industry-standard APIs, security tools, and platform features designed to help Platform Users protect data and maintain compliance. However, the ultimate responsibility for the security, legality, and compliance of applications, AI agents, and digital products built and deployed by Platform Users rests solely with the Platform User. serveyou.ai LLC does not review, audit, or certify the security or compliance of user-created applications, and the availability of security tools does not shift liability to serveyou.ai LLC for any failure by the Platform User to implement adequate protections.

AI Sub-processor Data Flows

When you use AI-powered features of our platform, your inputs (including prompts, code, text, and other data you submit) may be transmitted to the following third-party AI sub-processors for the purpose of generating AI outputs:

  • xAI — for large language model inference and AI-powered features. Data transmitted may include prompts, context, and user-provided content. xAI's data handling is governed by their terms of service and privacy policy.
  • Anthropic — for large language model inference and AI-powered features. Data transmitted may include prompts, context, and user-provided content. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their terms of service, privacy policy, and applicable data processing agreements.
  • Google (Gemini) — for AI model inference and related services via Google's Gemini API. Data transmitted may include prompts, context, and user-provided content. Google's data handling is governed by their terms of service, privacy policy, and Cloud Data Processing Addendum.

Each AI sub-processor's handling of your data is governed by that provider's terms of service, privacy policy, and applicable data processing terms, which include commitments regarding data security and usage restrictions. We rely on the data processing terms included in each provider's standard commercial API agreements. However, you acknowledge that once data is transmitted to a third-party AI sub-processor, it is processed in accordance with that provider's terms and policies, which may change from time to time. We recommend reviewing the terms of service and privacy policies of each AI sub-processor listed above.

AI Model Training: As of the effective date of this policy, based on our review of each provider's published terms, our AI sub-processors have indicated that data submitted through their commercial APIs is not used for model training by default. serveyou.ai LLC has not opted into any data-sharing or model training programs with any AI sub-processor. We review our sub-processors' published data handling policies periodically (at least quarterly) to monitor for material changes. However, AI sub-processor policies may change over time, and serveyou.ai LLC cannot guarantee the future data handling practices of any third-party provider. We will update this policy if we become aware of material changes to any sub-processor's data handling practices that affect our users.

User-Connected Third-Party Integrations

Our platform enables Platform Users to connect to a wide range of third-party applications, services, and APIs ("Third-Party Integrations") for use in building and operating their applications, AI agents, and workflows. When you connect a Third-Party Integration to your account or applications, data may flow between the Platform and that third-party service as necessary to provide the integration functionality. The specific data transmitted depends on the Third-Party Integration and how you configure it.

serveyou.ai LLC does not control the data handling practices of Third-Party Integrations you choose to connect. Each Third-Party Integration is governed by its own terms of service, privacy policy, and data processing practices. You are solely responsible for: (a) reviewing and accepting the terms and privacy policies of any Third-Party Integration before connecting it; (b) ensuring that your use of Third-Party Integrations complies with all applicable laws and the third party's terms; (c) ensuring that you have all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations to transmit data to and from any Third-Party Integration; and (d) any data breaches, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of Third-Party Integrations or the transmission of data to or from such services.

serveyou.ai LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or data handling practices of any Third-Party Integration. The inclusion of a Third-Party Integration in our platform's integration catalog does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or warranty by serveyou.ai LLC of that third party or its services.

Important: You should not submit data to AI features or Third-Party Integrations that you are not authorized to share with third-party service providers. If you are subject to confidentiality obligations, regulatory restrictions, or contractual limitations on data sharing, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance before using AI-powered features or connecting Third-Party Integrations through our platform.

Multi-Tenancy and Data Isolation

serveyou.ai LLC operates a multi-tenant platform where multiple users share underlying infrastructure. We implement commercially reasonable technical measures to logically isolate each user's data, applications, and configurations from those of other users. However, no multi-tenant architecture can guarantee absolute isolation. In the event of a data isolation failure, serveyou.ai LLC will promptly notify affected users and take commercially reasonable steps to remediate the issue. serveyou.ai LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from data isolation failures except to the extent caused by serveyou.ai LLC's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Security of Your Personal Information

When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Although we will do our best to protect the personal information you provide to us, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and no one can guarantee absolute data security.

You are responsible for selecting any password and its overall security strength, ensuring the security of your own information within the bounds of our services. For example, ensuring any passwords associated with accessing your personal information and accounts are secure and confidential.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. This time period may depend on what we are using your information for, in accordance with this privacy policy. For example, if you have provided us with personal information as part of creating an account with us, we may retain this information for the duration your account exists on our system. If your personal information is no longer required for this purpose, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.

However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.

Upon account termination or deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law, subject to the following: (a) security logs, access logs, and usage records (which do not include the substantive content of your User Content or End-User Data) may be retained for up to twelve (12) months following account termination for security monitoring, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and legal compliance purposes; and (b) any data subject to a legal hold or required to be retained by applicable law will be retained for the duration of such obligation.

Data Export and Portability

You may export your User Content at any time through the data export features provided in your account settings, and such other export mechanisms as we may make available from time to time. User Content — including code, applications, web pages, published content, and application data generated through the Platform — is your data and is subject to export. If you submit a data access request under applicable privacy law (such as CCPA), we will provide the personal information we hold about you, including your user-generated text inputs to AI features. Platform IP — including AI agent configurations, system prompts, workflow definitions, orchestration logic, internal platform architecture, source code, file structures, internal tooling, platform design patterns, processing pipelines, and any other materials developed or provided by serveyou.ai LLC to operate the Platform — is serveyou.ai LLC's confidential and proprietary property and is not User Content, personal information, or subject to data access or export requests, regardless of whether you interacted with, selected, or customized any Platform IP through the Platform's tools. We will respond to data access requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account or any content, as deletion may be irreversible. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Children's Privacy

We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13. The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, as confirmed during account registration.

If you are a Platform User building applications on our platform, you represent and warrant that you will not use our platform to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction) without verifiable parental consent as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), applicable state laws regarding minors, and any other applicable laws governing the collection of data from children. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your applications comply with these laws.

If serveyou.ai LLC becomes aware or has reason to believe that a Platform User is collecting personal information from children under 13 without proper COPPA compliance, serveyou.ai LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Platform User's account and Deployed Applications pending investigation, without prior notice. If you believe that a Platform User's application is collecting children's data in violation of COPPA, please contact us at customerservice@serveyou.ai.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We may disclose personal information to:

  • a parent, subsidiary or affiliate of our company
  • our employees, contractors, and/or related entities
  • our existing or potential agents or business partners
  • credit reporting agencies, courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities, in the event you fail to pay for goods or services we have provided to you
  • courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement officers, as required by law, in connection with any actual or prospective legal proceedings, or in order to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights
  • third parties, including agents or sub-contractors who assist us in providing information, products, services, or direct marketing to you
  • third parties to collect and process data
  • an entity that buys, or to which we transfer all or substantially all of our assets and business

Third parties we currently use include:

  • xAI (AI model inference and AI-powered features; receives user prompts, inputs, and context data)
  • Anthropic (AI model inference and AI-powered features; receives user prompts, inputs, and context data)
  • Google — Gemini (AI model inference and related services; receives user prompts, inputs, and context data)
  • Stripe (payment processing; receives payment and transaction data)
  • Twilio (telecommunications services, including SMS and voice; acts as a service provider under CCPA and processes mobile numbers for SMS and voice delivery)

Additionally, our platform enables Platform Users to connect to a wide range of third-party applications, services, and APIs ("Third-Party Integrations"). Data may be shared with these services based on the Platform User's configurations. serveyou.ai LLC does not control which Third-Party Integrations a Platform User connects or what data is transmitted. See "AI Sub-processor Data Flows" and "User-Connected Third-Party Integrations" above for details.

We do not "sell" personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA (i.e., no exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration outside of service provision). Disclosures to the above are limited to service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements (DPAs), ensuring they do not use it for their own purposes. Categories disclosed include identifiers (e.g., phone numbers for SMS), commercial information (e.g., transaction data), and internet or electronic network activity (e.g., prompts and inputs to AI features). You have the right to opt out of any future "sales" (if applicable) by contacting us at customerservice@serveyou.ai with "CCPA Opt-Out" in the subject line. We do not offer financial incentives tied to data sharing.

International Transfers of Personal Information

The personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. Our third-party service providers and sub-processors (listed in the "Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties" section above) may maintain facilities in the United States or other countries. While the Services are intended for United States residents only, to the extent that personal information is transferred to a sub-processor that processes data outside the United States, we will ensure that such transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable law and that the sub-processor maintains appropriate security measures as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

Notification of Data Breaches

In the event of a security incident that results in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to personal information we process, we will notify affected users without undue delay and in any event within seventy-two (72) hours after becoming aware of the confirmed breach, in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement and applicable law. We will also notify relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. For additional details, see our Data Processing Agreement.

Your Rights and Controlling Your Personal Information

Your choice: By providing personal information to us, you understand we will collect, hold, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. You do not have to provide personal information to us, however, if you do not, it may affect your use of our website or the products and/or services offered on or through it.

Information from third parties: If we receive personal information about you from a third party, we will protect it as set out in this privacy policy. If you are a third party providing personal information about somebody else, you represent and warrant that you have such person's consent to provide the personal information to us.

Marketing permission: If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Access: You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you.

Correction: If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading, please contact us using the details provided in this privacy policy. We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or out of date.

Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights over your personal information. Unless your personal information is required to provide you with a particular service or offer (for example providing user support), we will not deny you goods or services and/or charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties, or provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.

Notification of data breaches: We will comply with laws applicable to us in respect of any data breach. See "Notification of Data Breaches" above for our specific notification commitments.

Complaints: If you believe that we have breached a relevant data protection law and wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details below and provide us with full details of the alleged breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint. You also have the right to contact a regulatory body or data protection authority in relation to your complaint.

Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe from our email database or opt-out of communications (including marketing communications), please contact us using the details provided in this privacy policy, or opt-out using the opt-out facilities provided in the communication. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity.

Data Export: You may export your data at any time through the data export features provided in your account settings. See "Data Export and Portability" above for details.

Use of Cookies

We use "cookies" to collect information about you and your activity across our site. A cookie is a small piece of data that our website stores on your computer, and accesses each time you visit, so we can understand how you use our site. This helps us serve you content based on preferences you have specified.

Business Transfers

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

Additionally, applications, websites, AI agents, and other digital products built and deployed by Platform Users using our platform are operated independently by those Platform Users. serveyou.ai LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of any application, service, or digital product created by a Platform User, even if such application is hosted on or delivered through our infrastructure.

Changes to This Policy

At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes.
